Here’s a swipe file of the 15+ best performing posts of some of the top LinkedIn creators (I’ll be adding more).
Read them without any pressure, try to see if you can identify which bias the post uses and what made it perform better.
And this goes without saying:
DO NOT COPY ANYTHING BAR FOR BAR.
Use them for inspiration.
Analyze what emotion the post is invoking in people.
Writing good posts is a skill, one that you can only develop with practice.
That’s it.

Last month I crossed $500,000 in online course sales.
- 12 months to make the first $100k
- 10 months to make another $400k.
And 2022 is pacing around $775k.
I run zero ads.
It's 100% organic.
Compounding quickly.
Ask me anything for 60 minutes.
There's plenty I don't know, but I can give you my perspective👇🏻

I escaped the rat race 2.5 years ago.
My secret sauce is less ambition.
I don't:
- want to change the world.
- want to build the next unicorn.
- want to be featured on any lists.
- want to get the highest valuation.
Instead:
- I want to spend my time working on things I enjoy with people I enjoy.
- I want to be able to travel wherever I want to, whenever I want to.
- I want to spend way more time with my friends and family.
- I want to stop doing things I don't like doing.
Thinking about what you actually want in life can force different behavior.
Take you down a different path.
A path towards living more intentionally.
Are you copying someone else's life?
Or designing your own?

Viral Post 3:
Online business 101:
1. LinkedIn content to GAIN attention
In order to build something online, you'll need attention.
This is where activities like LinkedIn posts come into play.
Each time you post, you send a "worker" out into the world to gain attention on your behalf.
But once they capture their intended target, you're only halfway there.
This is simply rented traffic.
2. Website + email list to CAPTURE attention
If you have nowhere to send someone, you can't truly capture their attention.
My goal is to gain...but also capture.
That's why I have a website and an email list.
Owned traffic.
3. Stripe or Gumroad to MONETIZE attention
You can monetize gained attention by simply offering your products & services on LinkedIn.
But once you've captured attention, monetization is easier.
Why? Because you control the narrative.
No algorithm to beat.
No, "I'm not seeing your posts!"
No, "what time do you post each day?"
You can just deliver products and services via an offer each day, week or month. Your call.
Send an email → Make a sale.
And those are the basics.
Got a question?
Ask away👇🏻

What LinkedIn coaches say:
- Study the algorithm
- Use emojis to stand out
- Use polls for engagement
- Write long-winded stories
- Use a bunch of popular hashtags
- Talk about relevant topics like the Oscars
What the best creators know:
- Study copywriting
- Find your unique angle
- Write for human emotion
- Create quality content daily
- Stay consistently locked on topic
- Study which content performs well
- Break those down into templates for reuse
Social media isn't hashtags and emojis and polls.
It's science mixed with creativity.
All pushed through a repeatable system.

How to thrive as a female entrepreneur:
Remove the ‘female’.
You’re an entrepreneur.
You’re a founder.
Stop boxing yourself in with gendered phrases and limiting your potential.
Your obsession with them is preventing you from getting the things you want.

Shut up and do the work.
Don't announce.
Don't pre-celebrate.
Don't make a big deal about your goals.
Put your head down instead.
Do the work and keep quiet.
Listen and observe others.
Follow the plan and win,
Best way to succeed in 2024.

Viral Post 7:
2 years ago, I made the decision that changed my life.
"I owe it to myself to become who I dream of"
I said to myself while looking in the mirror.
Tears on my face, tired and fed up.
I turned my pain into power.
All the bullying, heartbreak, isolation...
- Stopped the negative self-talk
- Cleaned my room and made my bed
- Put myself out and got rejected 100x
- Threw myself into the trenches of biz
- Cut alcohol, friends and even family off
- Committed to studying sales and marketing
- Found work on Upwork, Fiverr and Facebook
Destroyed my old ‘self’ to become my new one.
Stopped waiting for the right time or the right skills.
I sent my first proposal made my first online dollar.
I haven't stopped since.
Be better or stay bitter.

LinkedIn needs less of this:
- Attacking big creators
- Questioning motives for selfies
- Tearing down peoples own opinions
And more of this:
- Supporting people closest
- Worrying about your own content
- Ignoring opinions you don't agree with
Here's what you do.
Compliment your peers work.
Focus on improving your writing.
Scroll past anything that looks troubling.
What a life.

My social media profit formula:
- 2 LinkedIn posts per day
- 2 tweets per day
- 1 low priced product (£29)
- 1 low priced (£175/hour) service
- 1 mid priced (£1.5-£2.5k/mo) service
- 8 months of showing up every day
The 1 thing driving all of this:
Showing up every day.
Take away that and I have no profit.
P.S. Post idea stolen from Charles Miller - you're right mate, looks a lot like yours.

Viral Post 15:
Here's how I write over 50% of my content on LinkedIn.
I scroll back past three months
I see something that really resonated with the audience
I remind myself that this great content is currently getting zero views
I select the text and hit copy
Then paste it into a new post
Then I repost it:
- to the new followers that hadn't seen it before
- to a new audience that didn't know me back when it posted
- to today's newsfeed where it will generate thousands of new views
I'm not creative every day.
Sometimes I recycle a day when I was creative
and that's absolutely fine.

When someone tells me "that content is amazing"
they are thinking:
- It looks good
- It gets lots of likes
- They have comments
I am thinking:
- How did it stimulate conversation?
- Did it create new relationships?
- How well did it convert?
"Looks amazing" doesn't always mean "performs amazing".
Content should be delivering for you.

I don't know who needs to hear this,
but you probably aren't charging enough.
Think it through:
People's ability to pay is based on if they see value, NOT what the price is
It's why 'broke' people still buy a $1,000 iPhone
It's why millionaire don't buy cheapest if they aren't sold
It's why superfans pay extra for the Tesla when they go electric
When you find people who see value in you and what you offer, they don't contest the price.
When you look like everyone else, price is the only way to differentiate.
Charge more.
Those that don't see the value still won't buy as before
Those that do see the value will still gladly pay
"Too expensive" is subjective and I'm quite happy living in that world.
